Hi All, I can not enable Community Hive from my Admin Panel. I press Enable Then it looks like its Enabled so i press Continue And then back to the first screen: I never receive any email or what to activate ? So what can i do ? Regards, Dennis

After installing the plugin to my WordPress website and navigating for Activate Community in the Admin CP it gave me this error: Error Testing Connecting To Api Endpoint: 200 - Info: Https://Communityhive.com/direct/error/99C42F36Ac7Eb42148Bd83Cca9500D39D33Cbb6262B7B2C893D283B4F09222F1 Do I need to setup something additionally? The WordPress download page said "Just download the Wordpress plugin and install." Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, I'm intrigued by this new product (congrats!) but I went to the Community Hive homepage as a non logged in user and attempted to click some topics that interested me only for it to open the homepage over and over again. Hey folks, I connected my site to Community Hive maybe about a month ago. Everything on my end looks good to the best of my knowledge - no errors or anything that I can see but when I try to look for my site's content via Discover, there are no traces of my site's content. But when I click the Following tab, I can see posts from my site. My audience is set to General I added a logo, description and other details but still nothing.

Every day I get a Community Hive Update email. I don't want it. But when I click on the Manage and Unsubscribe link in the email, I get sent to a page that doesn't let me unsubscribe. Please fix.

I already had a Community Hive account as a user. I enabled the integration for my Invision community, using the same email address if that matters. Where do I go now to do these things that @Charles described in the Invision announcement: "set your categories and indicate what age-group your community is targeted for. You can also control what types of content is shown on Community Hive. " ? Thanks.

Hi folks, I was looking over Community Hive and was wondering if you had any rules or guidelines that we should follow to ensure we aren't spamming or making the platform unattractive. Some more specific questions are: What type of content is deemed inappropriate? Is content with swearing allowed? What would be the reasons for content to be removed? Some things I've noticed: When you click ignore, it will hide everything from that community. 1. The premise of Community Hive confuses me. You visit CH, only to be redirected away at the first mildly interesting link you find. What's your reason for coming back and finding more interesting links? If that site did it's job, it would try to keep you. 2. Once you set your first community to follow, youre highly disincentivized to follow other communities through the site's design. When you login, you are taken immediately to the Follow feed. Ideally, you find an interesting link and redirected off site. So you never look at the Discover feed. One of the things that Facebook got very, very right is that they understood every user needs …

If you click on the unsubscribe link you are not taken to the page to actually unsubscribe. This is on emails received. The most obvious link there is to delete the account, which is probably not what is wanted. Perhaps the link should go to https://communityhive.com/account/following-sites Just a thought....

When I receive the email from Community Hive every day it shows multiple entries for each topic, i.e. one for every reply to a topic. This should really only show one entry and the number of replies it has had, or maybe show an excerpt of the first and most recent posts. Point being, if I click on the link I am going to hopefully go to the first unread post in that topic. I don't see the reason for showing a link to every reply in the email.

Hello, I added my first site and everything went great. But then I added my second site and I am unable to upload an icon for it. There is not error or anything to point out what the issue is. It lets me select the image and uploads it to the little prompt screen, but when I select Upload, it just doesn't add it. I tried different browsers, even mobile, and nothing.

When Community Hive was announced a couple weeks back, I signed up under my personal email. Today, when I upgraded one of my communities to 4.7.13 and enabled Community Hive, it created a whole new account with my community admin email. I disabled Community Hive and deleted the (admin email) account, thinking I would just repeat the steps but enter my personal email instead, so that I would only have one account for both following and managing communities. However, when I try to Enable Community Hive again, I am taken straight to settings. I am unable to enter an email address or create an account again at Community Hive. I submitted a Support T…

Hi, Not sure if this is a known issue, I've tried to connect my community to the Hive for a few days, but I'm presented with the following error each time: Nothing in the error log, nor system log. I do receive a welcome email each time I try to connect, and my site appears on my Hive account. Seems like the connection only partially succeeded. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

You will now see suggestions for communities that you might like in your Follow Feed. If you see a community you think you might like, visit it and maybe give it a Follow. If you are not interested in the suggested community, select the Hide option and Community Hive will not show it to you as a suggestion, will hide it from your Discover feed, and will learn for future suggestions.

I just signed up and got registered (xenforo)and can see some of my posts showing up while signed under my account, but when I go to the page not signed in I do not see anything under the Animals & Nature, one of the categories I marked for my site. We are deploying a change to audience age restrictions that impacts both you as a community manager and as a community member: Community Managers Your community audience options are simplified to: do not show in Discover feed, content is not explicit, content is explicit. With "explicit" meaning adult-oriented content. Community Members A simple opt in/out for explicit content. We will be using AI-based detection for explicit content. If a community has self-identified as NOT explicit but is found to be publishing explicit content, the system will remove their community from Discover feed permanently. So be truthful 😉
