Setting up with XenForo

Recommended Posts

Morning gentlemen.

I have installed the xenForo app, where do I obtain the Hive Key, Site ID and Site Key?

My account page here is just showing very basic information, I see nowhere to generate this.

Cheers

open xenforo_directory/src/addons/Communityhive/API.php and replace line 26

CONST URL = 'https://communityhive.com/api/v1/activate';

with

CONST URL = 'https://communityhive.com/api/v1/';

Still doesn't seem to work after applying this fix!

@Nirjonadda Can you be sure you are using latest version of our plugin? If so, if you are willing we may need to contact you in private to debug. That error seems to indicate that for some reason your community cannot connect to Community Hive.

Please note, This issue happened for test site if Board is not active.

Ahh it might be failing because Community Hive does a test call back to see if it can connect. We will make that error message clearer in that case. I'll get back to you!

Ok, there was an error in my ACP with the board url. It has now populated the fields, but not showing anything under my account here.

I'm seeing it associated with your account now. Let me know if you have any issues.

Yes, all good now. Will my old content show, or just new content?

Only fairly recent content. Community Hive polls your site for new content now and then. It polls more often the more engagement your site gets.

How do I add my site to Community hive? I don't see the option to add my site at all. In account settings there's no option either. I have already enabled the XenForo Addon.

Looks like I'm having the same issue, The install was good but nothing showing for the account manager here.

Did you sign up here using the default contact email from your XenForo settings?
