Installed CH to WordPress

After installing the plugin to my WordPress website and navigating for Activate Community in the Admin CP it gave me this error: 

 

Error Testing Connecting To Api Endpoint: 200 - Info: Https://Communityhive.com/direct/error/99C42F36Ac7Eb42148Bd83Cca9500D39D33Cbb6262B7B2C893D283B4F09222F1

 

Do I need to setup something additionally? The WordPress download page said "Just download the Wordpress plugin and install."

Do you have access to your server files? In that case can you send me all log files located in ...wp-content/plugins/communityhive/src/storage/logs? Thanks.

Update @Aerodynamic, we identified the issue on our end during the activation process. Will get an update out soon.
